Nick Painz is the visionary CEO and founder of META Homes, driven by a passion to help others build wealth through real estate. Born and raised in Westminster, Colorado, Nick is a proud Colorado native. He graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in Spanish and Linguistics, a foundation that has helped him connect with a diverse range of clients.

Nick’s journey into real estate began around 2011 when he started investing in properties. It quickly became more than just an investment—it became a passion and a significant part of his life. His master negotiation skills ensure that his clients' finances are always a top priority. He and his wonderful wife, Jess, who is also an integral part of the META Homes team, have two children. Together, they balance a busy home life with their professional endeavors.
