Tucked into the bottom of a peaceful mountain valley, this unique 5+ acre property is one you have to experience to understand. A live stream winds through towering evergreens and aspens, complete with a small waterfall and a wider area that forms a natural pond. Sit beside the creek, watch wildlife wander through, or look up at incredibly dark skies filled with stars. With multiple sitting areas throughout the fully fenced property, there is always another peaceful spot to discover. At the center sits a tall A-frame with beautiful stone siding and large windows that bring the outdoors in. Once abandoned for approximately 3 years, the home was brought back to life by the current owners, who have comfortably lived here while continuing its restoration. The sunroom currently serves as the primary bedroom, with the loft used as closet space. Major improvements include a new 1,000-gallon septic system, electrical panel, propane lines, well pump, pressure tank, water piping throughout, Rinnai tankless water heater, Samsung washer and dryer and re-chimneyed wood stove. Floor jacks were added for additional basement support. Roof and exterior paint were completed in 2017. A second structure, formerly a home and now used as a shop, offers approximately 1,400 additional sq ft, an attached 2-car garage and separate electric service and functioning furnace. You'll also find a greenhouse, well house, shrine, old stone BBQ, rustic hunter's cabin that can be used as storage but not recommended to enter and other reminders of this property's long history. This is a FIXER being sold AS-IS, with projects still waiting for the next owner. But that's also the opportunity. Sellers are leaving all material they planned to finish the projects left. Come walk the land. Listen to the creek. Stand beneath the aspens and take in the quiet. **You can improve a house. You can't recreate a setting like this.** https://v1tours.com/listing/65375/
