Meet Jess Painz - Operations Manager

Jess Painz is the go-to person for all things operations at META Homes. She grew up in New England but found her true home in Colorado during college, where she met her husband, Nick. The two of them started out running several gyms, turning their passion for fitness into a successful business.

After Nick switched gears into real estate, Jess took some time to work as a teacher. However, she eventually decided to join Nick in the real estate world to help build the META Homes team. Now, Jess focuses on keeping the marketing on point and making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

When she’s not working, Jess loves hitting the slopes for some snowboarding, riding ATVs through the beautiful Colorado landscapes, and embracing everything winter has to offer. She also enjoys making delicious treats in the kitchen and relaxing with some crocheting. Jess and Nick have two wonderful kids and share their busy home with two Bernese Mountain dogs, Enzo and Louie, and a cat named Chloe. Jess brings her diverse experiences and passions to the table, making her an essential part of the META Homes team.
