Kristiyan Mirkov brings the perfect mix of hard work, discipline, and heart to every real estate deal. Originally from Bulgaria, Kristiyan has called Colorado home for years — and whether in life or business, he’s never been one to shy away from a challenge. His background as a multi-time national champion in kickboxing, MMA, and other combat sports has taught him the value of preparation, focus, and persistence — skills he now uses to help his clients succeed.

Before real estate, Kristiyan worked in sales, marketing, and construction, giving him a well-rounded understanding of what makes a property truly valuable. He specializes in investment opportunities, fix-and-flip projects, and creative deal structuring, always looking for ways to help his clients maximize their results.

When he's not working, Kristiyan enjoys spending time with his family, staying active in the gym, and continuing to learn and grow. As a proud dad and someone who knows the importance of having a place to call home, Kristiyan is passionate about helping others find the right fit — whether it’s their next home or their next great investment.
